Before you can access Quid Help Center articles, you must first authenticate by logging in to the Quid platform. The Help Center is in Beta release and we are still resolving some issues around access to the help website and messaging. Please read the following information on accessing help articles.
Recommended Method for Accessing Help Articles
Quid recommends that you access help center articles from within the In-App Support Center in Quid Monitor or Quid Discover. This method opens articles directly in the application window without having to navigate to a different tab. Using this method avoids any issues—covered in the following sections—that you may encounter when accessing the Quid Help Center site.
To access help articles:
1. Click Need Help? on the top navigation bar.
2. Click Help at the bottom of the In-App Support Center.
3. Search or browse for articles.
If You Receive an “Unable to load this article” Error
If you attempt to navigate to any article on the help.quid.com website as an unauthenticated user, you will encounter an “Unable to load this article” error. Every Quid Monitor user will encounter this error the first time they attempt to navigate to help.quid.com after the October 4, 2023 launch of the In-App Support Center.
If you see the "Unable to load this article" message:
1. Disregard the “Unable to load this article” message and there is no need to send us a message. The page most likely exists, but you can’t access it because you are not authenticated.
2. Click the “Quid. Logging in here will provide access to the Help Center article” link at the end of the message.
3. Log in using your Quid credentials and then refresh your browser to go to the article.
If You Do Not See the Articles You Expect
If you attempt to navigate to the top level of the Quid Help Center, https://help.quid.com, as an unauthenticated user, you will see two collections of publicly available articles (see graphic below). To see all articles in the help center, you must log in.
If you do not see the articles you expect:
1. Disregard the “Empty Help Center” message. The help center contains over 1,200 articles, but you can’t access it because you are not authenticated.
2. Click here.
3. Click the “Quid. Logging in here will provide access to the Help Center article” link (see screenshot in the previous section) and then log in.
4. You can then either search for articles or click All Collections to browse.
