Create Search Query Skill

Creates a search query to select a set of earnings calls and the relevant snippets for analysis. This skill currently supports:

One or more ticker symbols
One more more quarters and years, such as Q3 2024
A list of keywords to narrow the search
A list of exclude keywords to further narrow the search
